Our open course is currently running once a year and is a fusion of yoga, technique coaching, psychological skills, falling practice and ropework/ self rescue tuition. Hosted from Ben's Llanberis, Snowdonia, we aim to have a fun, friendly atmosphere where no question is "silly" and everyone can improve and learn. As well as the workshops, there are plenty of opportunities to exchange tips with each other, eat cake, hear an evening lecture and get advice from an experienced physiotherapist. You can choose from a course only option or a course plus accommodation (basic bunkhouse). There is an optional evening meal together on Saturday night. The program varies a little from year to year, but the basic components remain the same and get great feedback.
